" In 2016, I needed a high-spec laptop, for both home and office use. Home usage consists of gaming and office use requires high end development. Personally, it had been a while since I owned a gaming laptop and being the owner of an Xbox One at the time meant that the transition needed to be worth it, both in terms of specs and price. Azom was able to deliver on all fronts with their Exigo line up.

Azom's customisation and upgrade options are unmatchable and their whole team was extremely professional in helping me decide what the final makeup of the system would be. After four years, I can safely say that gaming has never felt better. Even the latest 2020 games smoothly function at the highest settings. Heat management is good, though you need regualr vent clean up and thermal repaste (*at least once a year).
The SSD ensures fast loading times and I wonder how I ever worked without one before. Sound through the Onkyo speakers is great. There have been almost no instances of hanging and I have put the Exigo through multiple days and nights of heavy usage.
There support mechanism is managed centrally in Kolkata. Though not a downside; more of a scope of improvement would be to provide local service options atleast in Tier I cities for faster turn around time. Currently , in case of any hardware failure , system needs to be shipped to them. They do allow upgrading or replacing core componets like Ram, Ssd etc. on your own without voiding warranty.
